ServePointe fees are earned based on service attempts made in good faith. Successful service is not guaranteed, and fees are not contingent upon completion of service.
Non-Refundable Services
All service fees are non-refundable once service attempts have commenced, regardless of outcome.
Client-Provided Information
ServePointe relies on the accuracy of information provided by the client. Additional fees may apply if incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information results in additional attempts or delays.
Additional Charges
Additional fees may apply for services beyond the standard service scope, including but not limited to additional attempts, mileage, evening or weekend attempts, stakeouts, or special handling.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon invoicing unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unpaid balances may delay further service.
